did someone say that the wind was going to lay???? i think it did sat am for approx 2 hrs.. then we got a lot of wind in front of a squall line or front... blowing to approx 50 mph.. then just a steady 20-25 'till dark... the few who were out in it got just a few fish.. some who got caught on the s side of W matagorda bay got in trouble.. with the wind.. Most of the savvy capt's saw the frontal line and hooked it to the nearest port.. few reds, few trout on a lite bite.. wind was still blowing sunday, but not as much... tides are still high 1-2'.. fish are scattered, even in the back lakes..best lure was soft plastic, red glitter in blue(purple) w/ chart tail. better days are ahead...
