the wind finally layed, although is was a bit cooler... water temp has dropped back to 75 in the bay.. wind was less than 12-13 sat.. best bite was on soft plastics and corkeys... i have a hard bait that looks like a corkey fat boy, don't know what brand, but it looks like a mirrorlure... white w/ scale pattern and a chartreuse back.. caught 7 on that particular bait.. glo chart bass assassins worked well.. caught 35-40 trout...2 people on a C & R trip, keeping only 6 for the table.. largest was 22"..( on a corkey) (released)..some small trout ..but more than enough keepers had we wanted to.. when the wind lays the bite is on...
