wouldn't you know it... wind picked up and fishing on the flats for reds and trout slowed.. trout over shell also slowed a bit... shrimp under a poppin' cork or free shrimp was the way to go... from a handful to 1/2 limits sunday was all we could muster.. water temp hit 73-74 in the pm.. when the wind lays again it should be wide open.. temps should remain above normal... winward shores should provide the best action 'till then.. capt mac
