week started out really promising..wed on a suspend bait caught 2 limits of trout in approx 1 hour over mud and grass.. of the 20 fish 7 were over 24 and all were 19 or larger..kept 4 for the table and released all others.. i lost a fish of a lifetime just before we quit.. lost it approx 25' from me when she came out of the water and threw the catch 5 back at me... estimated to be 30" or more.., but when they get away, they can be any size you want... thurs fish were still in the area and we played catch and release again..fri and sat turned out to tough days... lots and lots of boat traffic and i found that some of my semi-private spots were not so private..caught lots of shark... probably 14+ over two days.. caught or bit off...could have gone to the surf, but we waited too late.. water temp 86 ... getting really warm for this early.. lots of sun, lite winds in the am..
