water temp is extremely warm for this time of year... surface temps in the pm have been between 91-93.2 in some areas... salinity is also too high, we could use several days of rain.... .. trout have been on the small side and tournament size reds have been hard to come by.. on several of our wade fishing trips we have encountered large sharks in some areas... .. largest trout for the period 20-21"... REDS TO 26".... best baits, gold spoons and topwaters... spook jr and she dogs....light colors w/ some flash.. have been putting off trips hoping we will get some rain or hoping the wind will die and the surf will be wide open for several days in a row..
