Freezing temperatures have taken its toll on the fish...have not seen this for myself, but reports believed to be reliable... Pringle Lake..moderate fish kill, Power Lake and fifth Lake same.. Palacios, light to moderate fish kills in shallow areas.. Have asked for photos, but have not received them. yet..Water temp at the little jetties..this am... 43.2F.... San Antonio Bay temps this am... 44.5F... POC beachfront temp shows 44F... cold enough to be a problem... shallow areas could have temps as much as 10F less.... water standing in ditches froze for the past 3-4 nites... low temps recorded at my house was 26F.. we will be able to access any fish kill damage in the next few days... Corpus ,Rockport- Aransas Pass also reported to have fish kills... emphasize... no pics yet... hopefully it is only in the back marsh areas.. , keep your fingers crossed... capt mac
