Plenty hot.. pre fishing and fishing Possum Invitational Tournament.. on pre fish friday, we had our trout early and then struggled for the reds.. so we reversed our strategy sat.. had difficulty getting tournament size trout, so we went after the reds.. we caught both, but not very large.. we just got lucky... shane( son-in-law) caught a red with lots of spots and he won the pot for the red with the most spots... very nice.. spoons, gulp, soft plastics...etc. water temp near 90F wind 10-15 , but from the SW... lots of sun and hot hot hot.... overall fishing slow .. really enjoyed the food and awards afterwards... a good time was had by all 'till next time... capt mac
